HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
The hospitality and Tourism Department is a vibrant and rapidly growing department offering rigorous professional training which allows our students to obtain broad and deep knowledge and relevant experience by giving hands-on training experience to apply in the hospitality industry.
We strive to achieve this through imparting our trainees with the best skills to fit in both local and global industry by providing the necessary tools and equipment, adequate coverage of the syllabus and instilling discipline.
We currently offer CBET courses in both level six, five and four in:
- Food and Beverage
- Catering and Accommodation
- Tourism Management.
- Baking Technology.
- Front Office.
Dual TVET is also part of our program which is key in enhancing the trainees experience. Short courses are also open to all in Cake Making and Decoration and Food production.
Upon completion of their courses, the trainees can work as waiters, chefs, supervisors or managers in both welfare and commercial sector as well as starting their own catering businesses.
